2024 Welcome Gift Bags

In 2023, Coldwell Banker WIN Realty helped over 70 families in our local area buy or sell a home. This includes residential homes in Wellington North, Minto, West Grey, and Southgate. Coldwell Banker WIN Realty would like to offer an opportunity for local businesses to reach families of new homes to promote their business. Our office is putting together 85 welcome gift bags for the families we help buy or sell a home in 2024.

If you have a local business in the above locations and would like to contribute something to these welcome gift bags, please reach out to us. Ideas for the bags could be a gift certificate, brochure about your business, or small gift to welcome a family into their new home.

You can reach out to us at realestate@winfinancial.com or 519-323-3022.

Chamber Award2022

Corporate Citizen of the year 2022

Bill Nelson and Staff

"Bill Nelson and his team are the perfect example of good Corporate Citizenship. This business has been located on Main Street for many years and has always supported the town of Mount Forest. Financially they sponsor and support almost every event and organization in our community. To name a few the MF Fireworks Festival, Minor Hockey, LMH Foundation, Curling Club, Lawn Bowling club and more. What sets them apart however is not only do they provide financial support but each member of the team is also very actively involved in helping to make our community a better place. Bill himself is a member of the MF Lions Club and has been a Director of the Business Improvement Association for many years, Sharon is a Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Fireworks Festival Committee, Brian has been a business and community leader for years, Jessica is a Director on the BIA, and Drew and Brett are both members of the Lions Club. Clearly this successful business knows how to be a good Corporate Citizen and we are fortunate to have them in our community."
